ELOP & VAPA School Partnerships

The Shining Stars Project proudly partners with schools and districts to deliver inclusive performing arts programs aligned with California’s Expanded Learning Opportunities Program (ELOP) and Visual & Performing Arts (VAPA) standards.

Our programs provide structured, engaging experiences in music, dance, and drama, designed to support social-emotional learning, creativity, and student confidence for learners of all abilities.

Through flexible program models, we collaborate with school teams to bring customized, turnkey performing arts experiences to campus, culminating in meaningful student performances that build community and belonging.

Programs include performing arts staffing, curriculum, materials, and final performances, with options for multi-site and district-wide implementation.
